AMBER KELLEHER
Senior Associate

Ms. Kelleher brings over fifteen years of international business experience to her work with LCW, including an extensive background in international executive education and program planning. She specializes in business ethics and cross-cultural communications. In her capacity as consultant and trainer, Ms. Kelleher advises corporations, non-profits and multi-lateral organizations on the development and execution of global communications programs.

In the area of Global Compliance and Ethics, Ms. Kelleher has worked directly and indirectly with many world class multi-national corporations across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia. She also directs the research and analysis supporting LCW's bi-annual study, Global Ethics & Compliance Programs: Best Practices & Benchmarking.

Ms. Kelleher holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in cross-cultural communications from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Ms. Kelleher received a Bachelor of Science in international business and marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). During her time at RIT, Ms. Kelleher spent a semester in Sheffield, England and interned in Leverkusen, Germany.

Ms. Kelleher previously served as Director of Institutional Programs for the International Business Ethics Institute. Her primary responsibilities included conducting organizational analyses, developing and reviewing codes of conduct and designing and delivering global ethics training programs. Ms. Kelleher currently serves as a senior consultant to the Institute.

As Director of Educational Programs for Linden Educational Services, Ms. Kelleher conducted research in the field of international education and presented cross-cultural training programs to clients. In addition, Ms. Kelleher cultivated and managed relationships between educational institutions, government officials, embassy delegates and international organizations to promote international student recruitment and exchange programs throughout Asia and the Middle East. Ms. Kelleher provides ongoing consulting services to Linden.

As Director of Business Strategy for the New York-based Institute for International Research (IIR), Ms. Kelleher developed, organized, marketed, and managed international business strategy seminars for Fortune-500 executives. While at IIR, she launched and managed the Washington, DC satellite office for the company.

Ms. Kelleher also worked in an international marketing capacity for Elizabeth Arden and for the American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS).
