There is an overriding
altruistic value that the purpose
of what we do must allow organizations
to bridge cultural gaps and improve the
lives and performance of employees,
customers, clients, shareholders,
communities, and anyone else impacted by
the operation of the organization.
LCW seeks to build an organization of
people who see the value of their
work and who are adamant about an
enjoyable work/life balance. LCW’s goal
of empowering people extends equally to
those inside LCW; as such, personal
development is highly emphasized.
Altruism aside, profit must be a
priority so that we may continue serving
our clients and their stakeholders;
economic security for all employees,
while doing the work we love, will
always be an important goal.
Lastly, LCW should be fun. The
atmosphere should be fun, the people
should be fun, and the work should be
fun. It's important that we fully engage
our sense of humor.
LCW was originally conceived on
the philosophy of these "4 P's" -- Purpose,
People, Profit, and Phun [Fun] ...and
they guide us still today.
