Mission and Values

There is an overriding altruistic value that the purpose of what we do must allow organizations to bridge cultural gaps and improve the lives and performance of employees, customers, clients, shareholders, communities, and anyone else impacted by the operation of the organization.

LCW seeks to build an organization of people who see the value of their work and who are adamant about an enjoyable work/life balance.  LCW’s goal of empowering people extends equally to those inside LCW; as such, personal development is highly emphasized.

Altruism aside, profit must be a priority so that we may continue serving our clients and their stakeholders; economic security for all employees, while doing the work we love, will always be an important goal.

Lastly, LCW should be fun.  The atmosphere should be fun, the people should be fun, and the work should be fun. It's important that we fully engage our sense of humor.

LCW was originally conceived on the philosophy of these "4 P's" -- Purpose, People, Profit, and Phun [Fun] ...and they guide us still today.

VALUES

·        Communication – Honest and open communication with clients, partners, and employees is paramount to success.

·        Respect for Others – The respect of differences, cultural and otherwise, is the basis of our organization.

·        Excellence over Perfection – While we may not be able to do everything perfectly, we can strive for overall excellence.

·        Energy – Energy must be infused in our work to produce positive results and to stimulate others to grow.

·        Edge – To succeed, we must be on the cusp of the best information and latest trends. Our advantage lies in differentiating ourselves as unique, new, edgy, and ever creative.

·        Diversity – A diverse organization breeds better understanding, deeper development, and greater results.

·        Learning – Everyone must be willing and excited to learn and grow, as well as accept and challenge their weaknesses.
