About the Facilitators:
Maya Hu-Chan
Maya Hu-Chan is an
international management consultant,
certified executive coach, speaker and
leadership development educator. Born
and raised in Taiwan, Maya specializes
in global leadership, executive coaching
and cross-cultural business skills.
Harvard
Business School has chosen her book
“Global Leadership: The Next
Generation” to be one of
their Working Knowledge recommended
books. This book was translated in
Chinese.
In the
past 15 years, she has worked
extensively in China, Taiwan, Singapore,
Hong Kong, Korea and Japan, helping
multinational organizations develop
their global workforce and business
leaders as well as strengthen their
multicultural and virtual teams. Maya
has taught numerous training courses in
both English and Mandarin. She has
directly coached over 3,000 leaders in
Fortune 500 companies and worked with
major corporations throughout North
America, Asia, Europe, South America,
and Australia.
Rebecca Parrilla
Rebecca Parrilla is LCW's
Director of Intercultural Programs.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Rebecca
received her MBA in International
Business from DePaul University and
recently spent the last 2 years living
and working in Shanghai. Her full
