In today’s ever-shrinking world, multiculturalism and globalization are concepts which impact all of us – from multi-national corporations, small business, non-profits, and governments to associations, hospitals, and local school systems. It’s clear that understanding how to communicate across cultures has become more critical than ever.

Working with China is designed to help you to appreciate and then leverage culture’s impact on doing business with China. We enable you to collaborate more fruitfully across borders to develop a foundation for achieving common goals while building respect and mutual understanding. More importantly, we help ensure sustained success as you interact and communicate with your Chinese colleagues.

Who Should Attend?

  • US-based teams
  • Human Resource professionals
  • Department Managers
  • Sales and Marketing Executives/Relationship Managers
  • Professionals and teams that work virtually with China
  • Traveling SMEs
