The Cultural Detective®: Global Business Ethics is a package of tools designed specifically to support the communication, training, and development aspects of your global ethics and compliance program. Created with input from a worldwide network of corporate ethics and compliance officers and national culture experts--the package is designed for use with your organization's global ethics officers, managers and leaders, and employees.

7 Global Ethics Critical Incidents representing compliance and ethics-related scenarios facing teams in Germany, Russia, China, India, Egypt, India, Brazil and the U.S.

9 Cultural Values Lenses to be used as magnifying glasses, symbolizing the way different cultures will look at a given incident. Our Values Lenses contain the top five to seven core values of a given culture, those values that most influence behavior of members of that culture, particularly those that can get in the way of successful, ethical cross-cultural interaction. Each value has a short description and its negative perception: how it can be negatively perceived by those who do not share the value.
