Session Overview:

Session Topics:

  • Learn the concept of Global Mindset and its relevance to the organization and to your role
  • Understand and debrief your individual GMI results 
  • Identify and discuss your Global Mindset strengths and areas of opportunity regarding: social capital, pyschological capital, and intellectual capital
  • Complete an individual action plan to plan how you will maximize your strengths and further develop your Global Mindset in key areas you identify
  • Discern strategic impact and competitive opportunities related to globalization
  • Explore cultures and global trends in serving new markets
  • Align business goals and objectives to sustainable strategies in diverse markets
  • Explore data/trends among client populations that present a market opportunity
  • Apply cultural competence in achieving performance goals and objectives
  • Link values to behavioral expectations across the organization
  • Identify potentially harmful and compounding role blind spots have in systems
  • Use DIN model to shift cultural frame of reference and practice inter-culturally competent and adaptive leadership skills
  • Leverage the DIN model both internally by associates and in client work
