Engaging ____ Employees (e.g. high-potential women, at home workers, U.S. Hispanics, etc.)

What employee population are you working to better engage? We have a solution targeting that community.

Session Overview:

Understand a particular employee population on its own terms—e.g. high potential women, at home workers, millennials in country X, Hispanics in the U.S., etc.  We will explore the particular values, priorities, motivations, and data related to this specific employee population, as well as strategies for retaining and developing this part of your workforce.

Prework:

To allow us to do a deep-dive in to the specific employee population of interest, prior to the facilitated session we recommend our “All About Bias” and “Culture 101” e-learning modules be taken; these lay a common foundation for us as we then explore in detail the specific part of your workforce that is of keen interest to participants.

Session Topics:

  • Understand a particular employee population on its own terms—values, priorities, motivations, data
  • Explore strategies for retaining and developing this group
  • Address common microinequities facing the group
  • Apply the D-I-N to case studies featuring the group
