Felicia ScottFelicia Scott is one of LCW's newest and most experienced training consultants. A skilled executive coach, speaker and trainer, Felicia is an award winning and proven Diversity & Inclusion coach, program developer, facilitator and workshop designer. Recognized as a strategic motivator and mentor, her emotional intelligence-based coaching and training programs drive change, solve problems and achieve results.

In her ten years working with Fortune 500 executives, business leaders and entrepreneurs, she has taught her clients how to utilize emotional intelligence and effective communication skills to strategically navigate the uncomfortable and sometimes intercultural issues that are a part of an increasingly global workforce.  

Felicia has developed HR award-winning programs comprised of both distance and in-person learning for ERGs resulting in a 45% promotion rate for program cohorts, increased morale, improved goal setting and achievement, increased retention and improved relationships with managers and direct reports.

A Miami native now residing in New York, Felicia holds an M.Ed in Adult & Organizational Learning from Northeastern University, with a concentration in Distance Learning. She also holds a BA is in Sociology from New York University. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, watching movies and doing things she’s never done before.
