Hadiya Nuriddin, Manager of Learning Solutions

Hadiya NuriddinHadiya Nuriddin joined LCW in 2017, bringing nearly 20 years' experience in all levels of learning and development. Having spent her early years growing up in Detroit, today she is a thought leader both in Chicago and nationally on the topics of Learning Strategy, Instructional Deisgn and eLearning. She specializes in solutions for both corporate and academic environments, and her expertise includes extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering both technical and professional development solutions. Her portfolio includes projects with Abbvie, Allstate, BP, Huron Consulting, NAFSA (Association of International Educators), Office Max and SC Johnson... just to name a few.

Hadiya earned both a Master's of Education in Curriculum Design as well as a Master's in Writing from DePaul University, and a Bachelor's in English from Michigan State. She holds the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), and is MBTI certified. She's also earned several technical certifications throughout her career, including Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Office Master Instructor. 

Prior to joining LCW, Hadiya founded Focus Learning Solutions and Fresh Eye Reviews, a quality control and assurance service for training products. She was also an adjunct professor at Triton College, designing and facilitating "Training and Development", "Human Resources Management", and "Microsoft Office" courses.

In addition to her work as LCW's Manager of Learning Solutions, Hadiya currently leads the Chicago eLearning & Technology Showcase (CETS) speaker committee, in evaluating and selecting conference submissions as well as managing all CETS speaker coordination duties and communications. She is also a Workshop Facilitator for American Talent Development (ATD, formerly ASTD) national Certificate programs, such as "Scenario-Based E-Learning", "Writing for Instructional Design and Training" Certificate, and "Articulate Storyline. Her publications include "How To Become An Instructional Designer", "Dissecting the Deadline: Keep Your Training Projects on Track", and "Building the Right Interaction".
