Lee Fowler, Consultant

 Lee Fowler joined LCW in 2018 as Consultant, focusing on training development and operations to help our team exceed our clients’ expectations—bringing to LCW two decades of experience serving training audiences from entry level to executives across the U.S. and Europe, as well as Latin and South America. Lee assists with coordination of client projects, content development, and operational processes for the consulting teams. Additionally, he works with the Instructional Design team building on-demand training for our clients

Lee’s career in training spans a wide variety of industries including hospitality, banking, human resources, software and information technology, and non-profit association management. In these fields, Lee has acted as business analyst and consultant, training facilitator and coordinator, program developer, content designer, operations manager, and human resource associate. As a trainer, he has developed live programs and eLearning for companies’ internal employees and clients’ enterprise-wide and around the world. Lee is also a member of the Association for Talent Development, connecting him to a wealth of learning and development resources.

Lee is originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama where his parents worked in education and journalism. After attending high school in Georgia, Lee returned to Tuscaloosa to attend the University of Alabama, pursuing degrees in Secondary Education and Speech Communication before settling on Business. As a student, Lee was active in the university community, serving as President of the Gay/Lesbian Alliance and performing in numerous musical ensembles with the school of music.

Based in Chicago, Lee spends his time away from work playing euphonium with Lakeside Pride symphonic band, cheering his alma mater in college football, enjoying live theater, and traveling the world.
