This workshop will apply D&I and cultural competence principles to giving feedback and performance reviews.  Intended for managers or others in a supervisory role.

  • Practice using a D&I lens to prepare for a coaching conversation
  • Apply a model for distinguishing between cultural misunderstandings and performance issues
  • Learn using a video case study
  • Practice motivating an employee from their own values
  • Learn how to apply the D-I-N model to give feedback
