Practicing Inclusion

“Practicing Inclusion” addresses how one’s language and behaviors can demonstrate respect for other people. It also explores microinequities and micro-affirmations, and how to show consideration for someone else’s  background and experience.  The module also provides an opportunity for managers to experience firsthand how it feels to have their values ignored or dismissed. This sets the context for insights and examples on microinequities and how to practice inclusive behaviors.
