Sarah Nodarse, Principal Consultant

Dr. Sarah Froning Nordase (SHRM SCP) comes to LCW with 15 years of human capital consulting, specializing in inclusion, diversity, equity, culture, and employee engagement. 

Sarah helps leaders, teams, and organizations cultivate their potential and accelerate performance. Her approach is grounded in two core beliefs: first, that culture is the human superpower and second, that since organizations create culture deliberately, they have the potential to solve the most pressing human problems. On a mission to put the human back in human capital consulting, Sarah has extensive experience with Fortune 1000 organizations designing employee listening strategies, conducting cultural diagnostics, facilitating learning and development programs, and advising executives. 

Sarah is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) with experience in the non-profit, biotech, construction, consumer goods, defense & aerospace, energy & utilities, financial services, healthcare, high-tech, hospitality, manufacturing, and professional services industries. Her skills range from general HR best practice to evidence-based talent management strategies, leader coaching, and group facilitation.

Before joining LCW, She worked for over a decade with Willis Towers Watson, designing employee listening strategies and culture change initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients--including three years in the Paris office. While at Towers, she also co-founded the Human Capital Center of Excellence on Inclusion & Diversity, to help consultants in the Talent & Rewards segment design and implement customized solutions for clients.Most recently, she worked with The Zone, a global culture consultancy focused on leveraging culture for improved team performance.

She earned both a PhD in Cultural Anthropology and Masters of Arts in Social Sciences--both from the University of Chicago. She also earend a Master in Art History and Archeology from the University of Paris IV (Sorbonne), and a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and French from the University of Indiana in Bloomington. She lives in Chicago with her family.
